The Yarra Valley Bathhouse is a private, riverside bathing experience created for those seeking stillness, connection, and a slower way to unwind. Set quietly along the Yarra River, our bathhouse was designed to feel intimate, calm, and deeply restorative — a thoughtful alternative to crowded spas and shared facilities. Every detail has been considered, from the private setting and gentle soundscapes to the intentionally phone-free atmosphere. This is not a public bathhouse. It is a single-booking, private experience — one couple at a time. Rooted in the natural beauty of the Yarra Valley, the bathhouse invites guests to step out of the noise of everyday life and into a moment of warmth, presence, and quiet luxury.
Cancellation Policy
These Terms of Use apply to all bookings, memberships, sessions, and events at Yarra Valley Bathhouse. By making a booking or attending, you agree to the following: 1. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled session. Bookings cancelled within 12 hours of the session will be forfeited and are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before the start time via your online booking account or by contacting us directly. 2. Late Arrivals We recommend arriving on-time to fully enjoy your experience. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or cancelled at our discretion. Session times will not be extended, and no refunds will be issued for late arrivals. 3. Health & Wellness For the safety and wellbeing of all guests & staff: Please do not attend if you are unwell or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms Do not attend if you have a contagious skin condition Guests must not attend if they have experienced gastrointestinal illness within the previous 48 hours We reserve the right to refuse entry where attendance may pose a health risk. 4. Age Requirements Guests must be 18 years or older to attend Guests aged 16–17 years may attend only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable policies 5. Dress & Conduct Yarra Valley Bathhouse is a shared wellness environment. To maintain a respectful and relaxing space: Appropriate swimwear must be worn at all times Swimwear must be clean, opaque, and suitable for bathing Nudity is not permitted in shared areas Footwear is not permitted in pools or bathing spaces unless otherwise indicated We are a phone-free and alcohol-free environment. All guests are expected to behave respectfully. Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal without refund. 6. Session Duration & Overtime Standard 90-minute session include: 90 minutes of bathhouse access 75min bath 15 minutes total change room time If you exceed the allocated 90-minute total time, an additional $20 fee will apply. Guests are responsible for managing their time and exiting promptly. 7. Events & Special Experiences All event bookings Yarra Valley Bathhouse reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. All guests must follow staff directions, safety guidelines, and on-site rules. Failure to do so may result in removal from the premises without refund.
