2. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings must be made through our approved booking system or authorised platforms

  • Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking

  • Prices are listed in AUD and may change at any time without notice

  • A booking is not confirmed until payment is received

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion

  • Correct pricing errors or inaccuracies

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies will be outlined at the time of booking

  • Refunds, credits, or rescheduling are at our discretion unless required by law

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment

Where applicable, consumer rights under Australian Consumer Law will apply.

4. Use of Facilities & Guest Responsibilities

By using our facilities, you agree:

Our services include wellness and bathhouse facilities which may not be suitable for all individuals.

By using our facilities, you acknowledge and agree:

  • You are in suitable physical condition to participate

  • You will not use facilities if you have medical conditions that may be aggravated (unless cleared by a medical professional)

  • You use all facilities entirely at your own risk

You must not use facilities if you:

  • Are under the influence of drugs or excessive alcohol

  • Have contagious illnesses or open wounds

  • Have medical conditions that pose a risk (unless medically cleared)

We strongly recommend consulting a healthcare professional before use if unsure.

6. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • You release and hold harmless Yarra Valley Bathhouse, its owners, employees, and contractors from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from use of our services or facilities

  • You acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, heat exposure, and health reactions

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
